Security

Please note that excess usage of Air Conditioning or Heating System i.e. leaving the appliance switched on when the apartment is unoccupied may result in a cost deducted from the security deposit.

**Please ensure all appliances are switched off when not in use or the apartment is vacated, Damages will be charged accordingly**

Water Heater

Please ensure the water heater is turned off when the water is hot, this will keep hot for a couple of days and there is no need to keep it on all the time.

Laudry and Wet Towels

Please leave all the wet towels, laundry and bedding in the bathroom on vacating the premises this will avoid damages to the apartment which may result in charges
